PlannerScape re-imagines the future of work as a sophisticated decentralized workplace. Here’s how.

As we share the PlannerScape MVP with those of you who have contacted us for a public preview (if you’re interested and haven’t been in touch, you can request a preview here, we want to highlight the key functions of our core product that you don’t want to miss out on.

We empower our users to regain control of busy lives and feel rewarded with the following key features.

  1. PlannerScape’s technology takes the time to get to know you, so that you can spend your time on what really matters.

The more you use PlannerScape, the smarter it gets and the better we can help you plan your day. The platform is trained by your entries to ensure a tailored and intuitive user experience, and the AI behind the platform uses predictive questioning to assist you with planning your tasks. The MVP already supports voice recognition and natural language processing, and we leverage third party AI services and general machine learning to minimize the effort you put in entering data. The AI gets smarter as you input more entries and will eventually provide automatic detection of your daily activities and each task’s importance. By using your previous entries and other algorithms (e.g., time of entry), PlannerScape prioritizes your time with minimum manual input.

  1. Prioritize your to-do list by whatever is most important to you.

Many platforms categorize tasks using a single property (e.g., date, time). With PlannerScape, tasks can be ordered according to multiple prioritization schemes depending on what is important to you at any time. You can organize your tasks by basic categories such as duration or deadline, or more complex factors such as by billable tasks, according to the 80/20 Pareto principle, by economic impact, or by urgency. Our next step is to also reschedule appointments and suggest tasks to outsource depending on the consequences and impacts of delays. As we build out the rest of the platform, designing more custom prioritization schemes are on the top of our priorities.

  1. Time tracking and automatic invoicing help you stay productive and minimize time spent on menial tasks.

Sometimes filling in a simple timesheet can take longer than the task you needed it for in the first place. Careers and personal lives are suffering as people are not having enough time in the day to think strategically, creatively, and work on that brings joy. Businesses, especially SMEs, suffer if they do not have enough employees or resources to manage time and deliver results productively. Our mission is to help you spend time on what really matters, and a key part of this is minimizing the time you struggle and waste on low-impact, time consuming work. For professionals, time spent can be tracked through an add-on, so timesheets can be automatically filled in based on the tasks that people spend time on for future automatic invoicing.

  1. Teams that plan together hit their targets together.

We know that a strong community can motivate you to stay accountable, so we facilitate collaboration in achieving goals by offering chat functions in the context of goals and tasks. PlannerScape chats can be held in rooms (especially handy within a company, department, or team), between individual users, or within the context of a single task. Teams and departments can also see each other’s updates if the project manager allows this (customizable in settings). We aim to integrate with popular existing chat applications such as Slack, and PlannerScape will have special task views to display progress on projects and goals, so that everyone can stay accountable and build trust in the community through collaborative consumption.

  1. Like a GPS, your schedule is automatically recalculated and reordered when you hit a roadblock or detour.

You can monitor your progress according to your own preferences. Eventually the platform will support functions that allow you to stay on track with all sorts of personal and professional needs, such as built-in task and goal management system, KPI management, project management, sales and marketing functions, as well as finance management. We are also designing gamification elements to motivate you to work towards your goals, with time tracking, and visual references (such as a progress bar, points, badges, and leadership boards) on your progress to achieving your goals.

  1. Outsource your tasks if you don’t have enough time yourself.

Not only can you add contacts and team members to any task that you are collaborating on, the MVP also supports partial functionality of task delegation. This means that you can assign tasks to family members or colleagues or outsourced to other PlannerScape users who offer their services. You should not have to struggle with your workload when technology and other people are available to help. Utilize the decentralized workplace to maximize your time and reduce your stress so that you can enjoy your life spending time on what matters to you.

  1. Have peace of mind trusting fellow users with credible and transparent reputation profiles.

PlannerScape uses immutable reputation profiles to enable users to share the quality of their skills and services with others. We use blockchain technology to ensure that reviews and ratings that make up the reputation cannot be changed without a clear record of the changes (i.e., edits are made through transparent amendments). This transparent credibility of PlannerScape’s users allows for collaborative consumption in a way that builds trust in the community. PlannerScape’s custom integrity blockchain will also be used for storing unique hash codes of documents, review ratings, user reputation, and AI decisions; this gives a vote of confidence and a measure of control to employers to easily allocate tasks to trusted vendors with the click of a button.

PlannerScape leverages the latest technologies to deliver a comprehensive planning tool that helps you maximize time, reduce stress, and spend your time on what really matters to you. Our AI powers these features in three main ways: classifying categories of tasks with minimal user input, generating predictive questions based on your data to help you complete your tasks, and customizing a prioritization scheme for your schedule and workload based on your preferences.
